JOB DETAILS
Responsibilities
- First point of customer contact to handle store requests and escalations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through virtual channels (email, chat, video calls).
- Coordinate virtual merchandising efforts for 300+ stores.
- Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to align on campaign execution.
- Analyze customer data, order reports, and photo tool review, sales trends identify opportunities for growth.
- Participate in virtual team meetings to review resets and inputs from the rest of the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Equivalent experience in sales or customer service may be considered.
- 1–3 years of sales experience, ideally in eCommerce, retail, or inside sales.
- Proven success in remote or virtual sales environments.
- Proficiency in digital communication tools (Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Dynamics (Great Plains).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
- Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset
