JOB DETAILS

Responsibilities

  • First point of customer contact to handle store requests and escalations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through virtual channels (email, chat, video calls).
  • Coordinate virtual merchandising efforts for 300+ stores.
  • Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to align on campaign execution.
  • Analyze customer data, order reports, and photo tool review, sales trends identify opportunities for growth.
  • Participate in virtual team meetings to review resets and inputs from the rest of the team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Equivalent experience in sales or customer service may be considered.
  • 1–3 years of sales experience, ideally in eCommerce, retail, or inside sales.
  • Proven success in remote or virtual sales environments.
  • Proficiency in digital communication tools (Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Dynamics (Great Plains).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
  • Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset
