JOB SUMMARY
Job Description:
- Administrative Support: Managing calendars, scheduling sessions, handling correspondence (email, phone, messaging), creating/organizing files, and preparing documents.
- Communication Management: Answering and returning phone calls, managing emails, internal group messaging chat and checking faxes. Diverting messages/communication to providers and main administrative team at the practice.
- Financial Tasks: Sending out co-pay forms to new/existing patients.
- Customer Service: Providing support to clients or customers, often through various communication channels.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in relevant software and technologies (e.g., Microsoft Office, Vonage, etc).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills.
