JOB SUMMARY

Job Description:

  • Administrative Support: Managing calendars, scheduling sessions, handling correspondence (email, phone, messaging), creating/organizing files, and preparing documents.
  • Communication Management: Answering and returning phone calls, managing emails, internal group messaging chat and checking faxes. Diverting messages/communication to providers and main administrative team at the practice.
  • Financial Tasks: Sending out co-pay forms to new/existing patients.
  • Customer Service: Providing support to clients or customers, often through various communication channels.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and technologies (e.g., Microsoft Office, Vonage, etc).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills.
