ABOUT JOB
We are looking for a motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented Personal/Executive Assistant to help manage day-to-day tasks and support business operations. This role requires strong communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to stay highly organized in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a personal or executive assistant, ideally with project management and/or real estate knowledge.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong spoken and written English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and similar tools.
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and proactive with a problem-solving mindset.
- Professional, and reliable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize schedules, calendars, appointments, and meetings.
- Communicate with clients and third parties involved in property management transactions.
- Handle email correspondence and respond to inquiries.
- Maintain and organize files and documents.
- Assist with project management tasks and data entry.
- Provide general administrative support and suggest ideas to improve workflow efficiency.
- Perform personal errands and tasks as needed.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $5.00 – $9.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
