ABOUT JOB

 

We are looking for a motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented Personal/Executive Assistant to help manage day-to-day tasks and support business operations. This role requires strong communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to stay highly organized in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a personal or executive assistant, ideally with project management and/or real estate knowledge.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong spoken and written English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and similar tools.
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and proactive with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Professional, and reliable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize schedules, calendars, appointments, and meetings.
  • Communicate with clients and third parties involved in property management transactions.
  • Handle email correspondence and respond to inquiries.
  • Maintain and organize files and documents.
  • Assist with project management tasks and data entry.
  • Provide general administrative support and suggest ideas to improve workflow efficiency.
  • Perform personal errands and tasks as needed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $5.00 – $9.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week

Experience:

  • Personal assistant: 3 years (Required)

  • English (Required)
