ABOUT JOB

Our client  is seeking a  personal assistant for multiple projects .

MUST HAVES:

Must have strong prioritization and be extremely organized

Email game must be 100% (meaning you don’t just write emails you craft emails)

Knowledge of Google Suite (ie workspace, sheets, docs etc.)

Creative and savvy in Canva

Must be a self starter and think entrepreneurial

Must be excellent in time management.

Must present well in front of all colleagues and clients

Must have excellence verbal, writing and communication skills.

Must know how to work with high-end clients, celebrities, attorneys as far customer service, being pleasant, kind and friendly

Must have a positive attitude, smiles and can do demeanor

JOB DETAILS:

You will be in communication with many different clients and colleagues, via the phone, text and email.

You will be asked to help with organizing company structure, systems and culture.

Your opinion may matter when asked so thinking through situations, circumstances, and knowing your job is expected.

You will be held accountable for the work that you do and time management.

KEY PERFORMERS:

Scheduler: Manage Executives personal calendar masterfully. Y

Taskmaster: You are the master of to-do lists, tasks and next steps. Prioritization is the name of the game.

Social Media Manager: You know what it takes to make captivating content and would assist with managing Executives’s social presence, to create, post and maintain a very active presence on social platforms.

Communicator: There’s lots of people to talk to! You’re a strong communicator, comfortable being assertive to get things done and love saving new contacts in your phone that’ll keep you organized for the future.

 

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 – $22.50 per hour

Work Location: Remote
