ABOUT JOB

 

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office and requires a professional with exceptional administrative skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience in executive administrative support, project coordination, and office management, along with strong communication and organizational skills.

Duties

  • Provide comprehensive executive administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management and scheduling appointments.
  • Coordinate and plan events, meetings, and travel arrangements as needed.
  • Manage correspondence, including emails and phone calls, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and ensure proper data entry for all relevant documents.
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks.
  • Assist with Social Media & Advertising campaigns.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents using Microsoft Office and other softwares used by company and clients.
  • Conduct proofreading and transcription of documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks.
  • Experience with calendar management using Microsoft Outlook Calendar or similar tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in French, preferred but not required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Base Pay: $55,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
