Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
Ideal candidate must have at least 2 years’ experience in property and deed research and transfers, preferably in the financial services industry. Strong attention to detail, ability to pick up new software/systems quickly, and ability to manage multiple projects are also required.
Responsibilities
– Conduct legal research.
– Assist in document review and management for probate and estate administration cases.
– Support attorneys with drafting legal documents and correspondence.
– Utilize organizational skills to maintain case files and ensure accuracy of information.
– Collaborate with team members to facilitate efficient case progression.
– Demonstrate proficiency in legal administrative tasks and procedures.
