Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
What You’ll Do:
- Maintains client set up (customer IDs, DKs, Reason Codes, etc.) in GBT MI database to ensure consistent global reporting
- Manage and prepare quarterly review reports, monthly & ad-hoc reports to the specification and timescales agreed with the client. Accountable for putting together & checking the accuracy of all scorecards. Assist with building Presentations in order to drive Internal business goals.
- Undertake analysis of client needs and develop MI solutions to meet them.
- Key contact for anything MI related, including reporting tool product support, set up, maintenance, issue resolution and consultation
- Day to Day functions – support the day to day functions/processes so that the team can work on more strategic focus.
- Accountable for helping to support interactive initiatives from a strategic and technology standpoint.
- Assist with the implementation of new markets & services, ensuring all MI, service delivery, ijet & online processes have been implemented.
- Support with the loading & upkeeping of PRDS requests. Help to audit the air fares checks requested by the client.
- Provide overall client program support to CGM & Global Service Delivery Managers. Assist with putting together action plans, joining calls with the client or local markets when required.
- Facilitate end to end resolutions utilizing internal resources and partnering with Amex GBT support groups.
- Monthly Financial Settlements – Assists Client Manager to ensure all settlements are submitted to finance teams for regional consolidation or global collective on yearly accounts confirmation file.
What We’re Looking For:
- Thorough knowledge of the Business Travel Industry
- A good understanding of business travel front Office, mid Office and back office Tools/Processes.
- Highly Skilled With Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint And Word)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Proactive on problem solving & resourceful
- Dedicated and the willingness to succeed.
- Familiar with Amex GBT product knowledge
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain flexibility. To prioritize and manage competing demands to meet deadlines
- Ability to analyze & assess raw data to draw meaningful conclusions
- Interaction and communication with diverse working styles, ability to build and leverage strong working relationships
- Adaptation to change and new direction on short notice
- Ability to identify issues or challenges requiring escalation
- Ability to work under tight timelines and pressure of client driven deliverables / demands
- Ability to build and leverage relationships effectively
- Ability to learn technology and navigate resolution to technology issues using Amex GBT support channels
- Thorough knowledge of insights reporting tool
- Expert in designing dynamic and creative Dashboards, Automation using macros, Statistical Analysis, Advance functions in excel.
- Highly Skilled With MS Access Window API, ActiveX Data Object, Excel VBA, Excel Array Formula, Pivot, Ms Query, Excel Micro Charts
- Proficiency in Building fully-integrated Excel Financial Models and data handling
