ABOUT JOB

 

we are looking for a Data Entry Specialist to join us.

What You’ll Do

  • Enter customer orders, ship dates, and changes accurately into our ERP system
  • Provide lead times and order status updates to customers
  • Once a warranty is approved, create replacement orders and manage the return of parts
  • Monitor return accounts and ensure credits are processed correctly
  • Maintain clean, organized warranty documentation in CRM and SharePoint
  • Support inbox monitoring and message routing as needed
  • Back up the team by routing inbound phone calls and logging them in HubSpot
  • Escalate warranty or customer concerns to the Team Lead

  • Strategic thinker that can connect dots and find solutions among the data
  • Detail-focused! Nothing slips through the cracks when you are managing orders and warranty cases
  • Experience with ERP systems, HubSpot, or SharePoint a plus
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in data entry, warranty, or customer service preferred
