Key Responsibilities

Research & Outreach:

  • Find and connect with decision-makers like Operations Directors, Facilities Managers, and Property Managers in Cleveland and nearby areas.
  • Target industries such as commercial, industrial, hospitality, medical, and multifamily properties.

Sales Calls & Scheduling:

  • Reach out via phone or email to introduce our services and their benefits.
  • Book meetings or video calls between clients and our director.

Promote Services:

  • Highlight the advantages of our cutting-edge plumbing, jetting, and repair solutions.
  • Explain how our services save costs and improve operational efficiency.

Data Management:

  • Keep accurate records of interactions, appointments, and feedback using CRM tools.
  • Share regular progress updates with the team.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work with leadership to refine strategies and ensure outreach goals align with company objectives.

Qualifications

  • Experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or administrative support in sales is preferred.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Friendly, confident, and able to handle objections.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy (CRM and scheduling tools).
