Your Impact:

  • Providing day-to-day support to Client
  • Researching information and creating comprehensive summaries of findings and analyses to suggest potential next steps
  • Preparing documents, routine correspondences and presentations
  • Helping troubleshoot client IT-related issues and guiding client through step-by-step instructions in managing device-related issues
  • Liaising between Client and workers in Client home, tracking all work conducted in a log as well as supervising projects. Developing and managing vendor relationships. Assisting with all documentation for workers to be approved by building management
  • Coordinating the ordering and delivery of items through various modes of delivery (certified mail, FedEx, etc.) and tracking/reporting on progress
  • Executing logistics for personal vacations and travel including flights, hotels, ground transportation, transfers, etc. and providing a detailed itinerary for the Client, when requested
  • Lead and manage special projects as direct by the Client or your Manager. Monitor progress, prepare updates and report on project status
  • Implementing and managing efficient administrative processes and systems
  • Other duties as assigned

 


What You’ll offer:

  • Ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience working as an executive personal assistant with high level executive and/or high net worth individual
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain complete confidentiality, work with many stakeholders, and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Attention to detail, flexibility, and strong written and oral communication skills are a must
  • Positive and collaborative attitude, highly reliable, responsible and responsive
  • Ability to pro-actively anticipate needs, troubleshoot, and solve problems
  • Superior judgment, discretion, and ability to protect confidential information
  • Ability and desire to build strong relationships with team and internal and external contacts
  • Advanced technology and computer skills, including excellent ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and solve device-related problems, either remotely or in person
  • Advanced proficiency with the MS Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, OneDrive) and Adobe Acrobat
  • Must be comfortable working in a high pressure fast paced environment
  • Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends as circumstances dictate
  • Flexibility to work at multiple locations if necessary
  • Ability to effectively manage/coordinate simultaneous projects, and successfully prioritize and multi-tasks with sound judgment; understands urgency
  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
