JOB DETAILS
One of our large financial clients is looking for a PA/ Administration Assistant to join their team
Answers phone calls and takes messages; schedules meetings, books conference rooms, and makes appointments.
Performs administrative duties including updating documents, memos, letters and forms.
PC skills with knowledge of Word/Excel. Follows well defined procedures and practices. May require experience in the field or in a related area. Attention to detail is requiredPreferred skills/experience
Manage Calendars/Diaries
Travel arrangements Tool proficiency, skilled with calendars, and office software (excel, word, PowerPoint). MS Teams and OneDrive is a plus!Characteristics of the top performer Exceptional organization skills, ability to multitask, attention to detail.
Strong communication skills including written skills and discretion. High EQ – ability to anticipate needs, understand the executives preferences and proactivity solves problems.
Big picture awareness: understands the executives goals and aligns support accordingly.Required educational background or certificationThis is an in office position. The executives supported routinely and regularly begin their meetings at 8AM local time.
